3. What should I expect on my first visit?
Your first appointment includes a detailed medical history, physical assessment, and any necessary testing (e.g., orthopaedic or neurological evaluation, X-rays if necessary). In most cases, patients can begin treatment on the same day.
4. Do you offer online booking—and how do cancellations work?
Yes, online booking is available for new and returning patients (last treated within 3 years) with our chiropractors. Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance are fully refundable, late cancellations and no-shows aren’t refunded.
5. Are your practitioners fully qualified and registered?
Yes. Our chiropractors are registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) Other clinicians, such as Physiotherapists and Foot Care Professionals, are also fully qualified and registered with their respective UK regulatory bodies.
6. What types of orthotics do you provide?
We offer both prefabricated and custom-made 3d scanned orthotic insoles designed to address foot, ankle, shin, knee and hip pain caused by biomechanical issues. Custom orthotics come with a lifetime guarantee for the shell.
7. Do you perform X-Rays and other diagnostic tests?
Yes—we have on-site X‐Ray and osteoporosis (DEXA) scanning capabilities, and can also help arrange private MRI referrals if needed and request any relevant NHS imaging.
8. What is shockwave therapy and who is it suitable for?
Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment especially effective for chronic tendon injuries like heel pain, Achilles tendinopathy and other persistent soft-tissue conditions.
9. Is Chiropractic care safe for all ages?
Chiropractic assessments are tailored to the individual. Our clinicians will determine the safest and most appropriate treatment for you whatever your age.
